Official Rules & Regulations
Everyone has them! We do too!
- Division is based on age as of September 1.
- Contestant must be a natural born female.
- Contestant must have a high moral integrity.
- Contestant must not have been convicted of a felony.
- A contestant can be selected as a "delegate" for a state that does not hold a pageant.
- Contestant must reside in the state she represents.
- Contestant will be subject to a registration and/or sponsor fee.
- Contestant must never have, nor will she during her reign, post for any photography, video, or film associate with any nudity or pornography.
- Contestant will permit Miss USA Liberty and their licensees right to contestants photography for publicity purposes for use in promoting the program.
- Contestant will permit Miss USA Liberty and their licensees right to televise live or by the use of film or videotape any portion or all of the competition.
- Contestant agrees that all decisions by the judges at the state or national level are final and irrevocable, and that she will abide by all regulations at State/National competitions.
- State Contestant, if selected/wins, agrees to attend the National level competition and abide by rules and regulations and contract of the State or forfeit her title.
- Contestant understands that if selected as the winner or delegate for her competition, that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of Miss USA Liberty and/or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of Miss USA Liberty.
- Contestant understands that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc resulting from your winning or being a contestant in the state or national competition affiliated with the Miss USA Liberty shall be exclusively to the same.
- Contestant agrees that additional rules (if any) identified within each division will be considered part of the written Official Rules & Regulations.
